Meeting Spaces
Host up to 100 people in The Barn for presentations and large meals. For smaller sessions, several intimate meeting spaces are available.
Sleeping for 25
Between the Ponderosa Lodg, the Sugar Pine Cabin, and the two Treehouse Sleeper Cabins, our estate can accommodate up to 25 overnight guests.
Catered Meals
Dine on your own terms. Choose a private chef, fully catered meals tailored to your retreat schedule, or utilize our two fully equipped kitchens.

Planning
Your dedicated host lead manages every detail of your reservation from start to finish. We help map out your retreat itinerary, coordinate custom catering, organize room allocations, and conduct full AV checks before you arrive.
On-Site Support
Get hands-on support when you need it and privacy when you don’t. Our host will greet you when you arrive and be on-hand for meeting tech support. We are on-call to help coordinate downtime recreation in the Lake Arrowhead area or offer dining recommendations in the Village.
Team Building Programming
Are you looking to add structure to your retreat? We offer optional, on- or off-property team-building programming. Let us know what your team needs, and we will customize activities to help you build deeper, lasting bonds.

The Barn
The Barn hosts up to 100 guests and is ideal for group presentations, dinners, and team-building activities. Open the full-sized sliding doors for an invigorating open-air experience with a mountain view.
The Amphitheater
Bring team debriefs outdoors to our private amphitheater, which comfortably seats groups of 20 or more. Tucked among the trees around a central campfire, it is built for memorable evening conversations and relaxation.
Other Meeting Locations
For focused breakout sessions, choose from several intimate gathering areas across the grounds. Teams can meet under the trees, chat beside an outdoor patio fireplace, or gather in the Ponderosa Lodge or Sugar Pine Cabin.
