Ponderosa Lodge
Sleeping 13, the main lodge serves as the heart of your group’s retreat. Furnished with authentic antiques, handcrafted furniture, and original paintings, the lodge offers a regal yet welcoming atmosphere where everyone is comfortable.
With ample room to gather comfortably, this main residence balances grand architectural beauty with the cozy warmth of a mountain home.

Sugar Pine Cabin
Sleeping 8, this cozy cabin gives members of your group a secluded space to relax just steps from the main lodge. Built using eco-friendly green construction and timber milled from the property, it features a wood-burning stone fireplace and a comfortable outdoor patio overlooking Lake Arrowhead.

The Treehouse Sleeper Cabins
Up to 4 guests can sleep in one of our two sleeper cabins nestled among the base of the trees. Each sleeper cabin has a double mattress and accommodates up to two guests.
Ideal for warmer-weather stays, each cabin features its own private deck and is positioned just steps from adjacent restroom facilities.

Whether hosting a large meal at our expansive indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, singing songs around the fire ring at our outdoor amphitheater, or setting off together on our private hiking and winter sledding paths, the grounds offer something special for everyone.
The Barn
From milestone banquets and family cookouts to indoor recreation, The Barn can host up to 100 guests under one roof. Keep the full-sized sliding doors closed for a cozy, enclosed setting, or open them wide for beautiful mountain views and a relaxed open-air experience.
The Amphitheater
Nothing brings a group together like an evening under the stars. Our private 20+ person amphitheater offers an intimate forest setting where you can relax with a glass of wine and marvel at the night sky around a crackling campfire.
Indoor and Outdoor Gathering Spaces
The estate offers plenty of opportunities for smaller groups to connect. Dine alfresco under the trees, relax by an outdoor fireplace, or gather in the Pondarosa Lodge living room for a cozy evening of board games and conversation.
Hiking, Sledding, and Other Activities
Pine Mountain Lodge is one of the few private properties in Lake Arrowhead with its own on-site hiking trails. In warmer months, hike to a nearby creek or mountain peak. When snow is on the ground, enjoy sledding right outside the lodge.
